I was fully breastfeeding, I really mean 100% full, with absolutely no supplements and water and cereals and whathaveyous and yet my menses returned at 5.5 months post-delivery. I even accidentally conceived my 2nd child soon after. It crushed my target hope of breastfeeding my 1st child for two years. While you can't wait to TTC for the 2nd child, I wish the 2nd child did not arrive that soon. Oh that person who’s asking the question is so lucky.
