Morning sickness is extremely common during early pregnancy. However, it tends to go away on its own. It during pregnancy due to the increased activity of hormones. As the body gets used to the changes occurring inside it, it tends to become more tolerant to the changing activity of hormones.
Usually morning sickness is not dangerous. However, if it causes you to vomit very frequently, you would need to see a doctor. If you keep on vomiting everything you eat, it may have an adverse effect on your fetus and cause both dehydration and malnutrition.
