What Things Irritate Mothers?
What irritates you the most? For many British moms, dirty clothes dumped close to the laundry basket is at the top of the list. Times of India reports that UK-based TheBabyWebsite.com conducted a survey among three thousand mothers and discovered the top ten things that irritate mothers.
Let’s see if you agree with their list: wet towels on the bathroom floor, toothpaste on the sink, overflowing trash bins, urine on the toilet seat, tissue left in washing machine pockets, empty tissue holders, toilet seat left up, empty milk or juice cartons hidden behind the refrigerator and finding crumbs in the butter. In short, mothers don’t like it when they have to do all the chores in the house.
It’s true that mothers are often taken for granted. Being a mother is a 24-hour job but no one really seems to appreciate and notice their efforts. A lot of the respondents in this survey admitted that life would be so much better and easier if their husbands and children tidied after themselves.
